Director
Stephen Roshey
Stephen Roshey established B2B Capital in 2006 to service the growing demand for commercial finance. Stephen has extensive experience in the financial services, investment and property industries. He has been the driving force and has been instrumental in the development and performance of B2B Capital. With over $500,000,000.00 in commercial settlements in the past 2 years, Stephen has demonstrated his proven ability to make deals work for both the client and the lender.
Furthermore, Stephen is also Director of Fund Management Arlington Whyte which provides funding for development deals from equity injection to mezzanine lending and works in synergy with B2B Capital. This synergy means that most deals can be approved in-house without having to broker deals.
Senior Credit Manager
Brian Ho
Brian has joined B2B Capital as a Senior Credit Manager. His area of expertise is commercial property finance and development. Previously Brian has worked in senior credit positions with MFS and Australian Finance Solutions and has over 10 years experience in Commercial & Property Development transactions. Brian has the experience in commercial lending and has played a pivotal role in the growth of B2B Capital. His role in B2B Capital is to provided advice and credit decision-making in all aspects of commercial structured finance transactions and development projects.
Project Finance Manager
George Nowak
George commenced at B2B Capital in 2007. He is B2B Capital’s Gold Coast and Adelaide associate, working in line with our core commercial and development projects. George also has extensive experience in providing advice in respect of project management and financial strategies.
Before joining the company, George was a chartered accountant and is also the director of Charterhill Group, a successful company which has been involved with property development since 2000.
Charterhill Group Pty Ltd had its genesis in Brown Nowak & Co, an Adelaide based chartered accounting firm ranked 42 nd in the BRW top 100 Australian accounting firms in 2001/2002.
The strategic planning arm of Brown Nowak & Co established its own identity as CFAS Pty Ltd in 1998, and has subsequently expanded its operations through Charterhill Group. The product portfolios and unique positioning of the company, with its emphasis on research and quality of service, are the direct result of George Nowak, prior director of Brown Nowak & Co, founder of CFAS Pty Ltd, and Executive Director of Charterhill Group. Charterhill Group embodies the vision of its directors in meeting the demands for quality Commercial and Residential Property Solutions by carefully analysing the needs of medium to large National businesses that require space in Capital or Regional country areas which our group then tailors to their specific needs.
Business Development Manager
Gavin Roshey
Gavin brings extensive knowledge of lending credit to the team at B2B Capital as Business Development Manager/ Credit Manager. He is an accredited Mortgage Broker and has been successful in targeting the commercial property market segments with his extensive contacts. Prior to the career change Gavin owned a thriving Indian Restaurant “Get It India” on the prestigious Tedder Ave, Gold Coast. He has transferred his skills in customer relations and networking to business development which has proved to very advantageous. Gavin has also completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Law at Griffith University.
Marketing Coordinator
Min Le
Min joined B2B Capital since 2006 and coordinates all marketing communications for B2B Capital. Min has completed a Bachelor of Business Communications and Marketing at University of Queensland and has brought her knowledge and skills in marketing and communications to the role. Min is also responsible for preparing submissions and tenders to commercial lenders for B2B Capital clients, commercial account management and ensuring all marketing collateral reflects the B2B Capital branding.
