Where appropriate, B2B Capital will go up the risk spectrum and make an equity investment or take a role as a joint venture partner. This equity may be outsourced to investors or provided by Fund Manager Arlington Whyte of which B2B Capital has a strong affiliation with.

• 50 borrower/50 lender for First $10 000 000 profit
• 60 borrower/40 lender $10 000 000 - $12 000 000
• 80 borrower/20 lender $13 000 000 and over

With more flexibility than traditional Joint Venture agreements the above example creates greater profitability for the developer dependent on sales over development stages.
