Our structured finance specialists can offer structured finance solutions including mezzanine debt finance, equity finance and structured credit support. In most cases, we can arrange structured finance up to 100% of a property’s development cost or up to 80% of Gross Realisable Valuation.

Commercial Property Finance

From some of our recent transactions we have achieved for clients rates of 0.70% above the BBSY rate which is drawn from our strong relationship with institutional banks. Furthermore, we have access to funds to assist clients where traditional lenders won’t go such as lo doc facilities for vacant possession sites etc; hence our versatility assures we have the right option for every client.
